Shipping policy

Wondering when your order will land? Here's how delivery works. The full detail is in clauses 3 and 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only, for now.
What it costs
- Standard delivery: £3.95. 3 to 5 working days.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £90 or more (after any discounts). 3 to 5 working days.
- Express delivery: £6.95. 1 to 2 working days.
Free delivery is based on what you pay for your items, after any discount code or offer and not counting delivery. Gift cards don't count towards the £90. The checkout will always show you the delivery charge before you pay, and that's what we'll take.
Preorders
Our first collection is sold on preorder, with a lead time of around 8 weeks, because it's being made for us now. The estimated timings above apply once an item is in stock. At checkout we'll show you an estimated delivery date or window for your order, and for preorders this will be longer. By placing a preorder, you're agreeing to that longer timescale.
Limited runs and sold-out items
We make our clothes in limited runs. If something sells out, it will show as out of stock and you won't be able to order it. Occasionally we may get more orders for an item than we can fulfil from a run. If that happens to your order, we'll email you to let you know and refund you in full.
If your order is late
If something outside our control delays your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can. If your order is running late, you can cancel it at any time before it arrives and we'll refund everything you've paid for it, including delivery. Just email hello@monticlothing.co.uk with your order number.
Once it arrives
Your order becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us. Changed your mind, or need a different size? See our Returns and Refunds policy.
